ITEM SUBSTITUTION:

When necessary, we reserve the right to substitute an item of like value within a gift collection.

TRANSIT TIME

Orders are shipped within four business days. If faster service is needed, please choose expedited shipping or call the office to discuss the best options: 814-466-2386.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING DETAILS:

When you place an order with us, we will do our very best to get your items to you or your recipient as quickly and efficiently as possible. We use UPS as our primary shipping provider (alternate carriers may be used as needed).

Please note that once your order leaves our facility we cannot be responsible for carrier delays.

We guarantee delivery to the address that you have provided to us. If for some reason we are unable to get your package delivered, we will call or email you to check the address that was provided to us and try again.

Please double check your full shipping address for accuracy before placing your order. If you realize incorrect information was submitted please reach out to us by phone or email as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped we will work to update the information swiftly without delaying the order. In the event it has already shipped we are unable to make changes until it is returned to us at which time additional cost to resend it will be due.

UPS will only deliver to street addresses – no post office boxes.

If sending it to a post office box is necessary, it will have to be sent via USPS.

We do not ship orders outside of the United States.

What if my package arrives damaged?

As required by all shipping carriers, products that are damaged or otherwise mishandled in transit should be photographed immediately. Be sure to get pictures of the exterior box, as well as the damaged interior of
the box and each item affected. Please email the pictures to: office@taitfarmfoods.com. We will work with you to get you a replacement without additional charge or full credit. If given the opportunity, we encourage our customers not to sign for or accept any packages with obvious damage.

RETURN POLICY

At Tait Farm Foods, we unconditionally guarantee our products. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, we will gladly refund your money within 30 days of your purchase. For assistance, please contact us at 814-466-2386 or office@taitfarmfoods.com.
