Turkey and Feta Cheeseburgers with Tomato Chutney

1 lb ground turkey
1 small onion, finely diced (¼ C.)
¼ C. chopped parsley
½ C. feta cheese, crumbled
½ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Tait Farm Tomato Chutney
Combine the ground turkey with the cheese, parsley, onions and pepper. Form into four burgers (or eight ‘sliders’). Grill or pan fry the burgers until no longer pink in the center. Serve on grilled buns with lettuce and a big dollop of Tomato Chutney.
