The Peach Blossom
We suggest Cossetti Moscato d’Asti or Drusian Prosecco Glam for this sparkling cocktail.
6 oz. sparkling white wine
1 oz. Tait Farm Peach Shrub
2 dashes peach bitters
frozen raspberry for garnish
Pour the shrub into a champagne flute or coupe. Add sparkling wine and top with 2 dashes of peach bitters. Garnish with a frozen raspberry.
