2 oz. light rum (Plantation 3 Stars is recommended)
1 oz. Tait Farm Grapefruit Shrub 1/2 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice 8 drops Bittercube Jamaican #2 Bitters (or ‘Creole’ bitters) Pinch of salt Ice Lime wedge for garnish Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
