Tait Farm Coleslaw
You can make unique and delicious coleslaws with Tait Farm Mustards. Below are our favorite flavor combinations, but feel free to try making your own!
4 C. total vegetables: grated cabbage, plus any others of your choice - you pick!
1/4 C. mayonnaise
2 Tbs. any Tait Farm Mustard
salt and pepper to taste.
Whisk together the mayonnaise and mustard. Fold into the slaw. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serves 4.
Asian - Ginger Mustard, napa cabbage, carrots, scallions, peanuts
Festive - Cranberry Mustard, green & red cabbage, dried cranberries, pecans
Pennsylvania Dutch - Honey Mustard, green cabbage, diced apples, bacon
Southwest - Raspberry Chipotle Mustard, green & red cabbage, corn, tomatoes, cilantro
Island - Mango Habanero Mustard, green cabbage, diced mango, black beans, cilantro
