Light, bright and refreshing, try changing up the Shrub and select fresh fruit as it hits its peak throughout the season.
8 oz. Tait Farm Lemon Shrub
1 bottle dry white wine (Riesling or Sauvignon Blanc recommended)
1 liter bottle sparkling water
a mix of fresh fruit: sliced oranges, limes, lemons, peaches, plums; berries
In a large pitcher, combine the shrub, wine and chosen fruit. Let infuse for half an hour. Just before serving, add ice and the sparkling water.
Any Tait Farm Shrub may be used to make Sangria, using a combination of fresh fruit as it comes in season. Some refreshing combinations include: Raspberry Shrub with oranges and berries; Rhubarb Shrub with strawberries and oranges; Peach Shrub with peaches and blueberries.
