Sloppy Joes

This Sloppy Joe recipe comes together quickly in a skillet and may be transferred to a crockpot set on low once the sauce has been added.

INGREDIENTS:

Saute the pepper and onion in the oil until translucent. Add the ground meat; breaking it up and stirring until it is no longer pink. Add the Smoked Apple Grill Sauce. Lower the heat and simmer for 10 - 15 minutes. Serve on buns. 4-6 servings

Variation: Substitute 1 C. chopped portobello mushrooms for the bell peppers.
