Sheet Pancakes

Pancake breakfast? We know the drill...they eat them up while you make them and the pancake chef eats the last two alone! Our Sheet Pancake recipe assures that everyone gathers round to share a hearty breakfast together!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 package of Tait Farm Pancake and Waffle Mix and related ingredients (ingredients needed to make our Pancake Mix are: 3 C. Milk, 1 Large Egg, 2 Tbs Cooking Oil)

  • 2 Tbs. butter, softened

  • Maple Syrup or Tait Farm Alyssa’s Berry Sauce

  • optional: fresh berries, sliced bananas or other fruit, chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Brush a standard 11” x 17” sheet pan with the butter. Prepare the pancake mix according to the instructions on the package. Spread the batter evenly on the sheet pan. If desired, sprinkle with berries, fruit or chocolate chips. Bake for 15+ minutes or until the top is golden brown. Cut into squares. Top with fresh fruit, syrup or Alyssa’s Berry Sauce, as desired.
