A fun, citrus sip with a hint of the tropics!
1 oz. vodka
1 1/4 oz. Tait Farm Pineapple Shrub
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
Prosecco (sparking wine, not sweet)
Pineapple wedge for garnish
Add vodka, shrub, and lemon juice to shaker with ice and shake. Strain into flute and top with Prosecco. Add an Amarena cherry to glass once full, and garnish with a pineapple wedge.
