SPICED RED SANGRIA
1 C. Tait Farm Shrub (Try Cranberry, Raspberry or Cherry)
1 bottle semi-dry red wine
6 whole cloves
3 cinnamon sticks (4” each)
2 C. chilled sparkling water
1 C. fresh cranberries
Slice orange and insert a clove into each wedge. In a pitcher, combine shrub, wine, orange, and cinnamon sticks. Allow to infuse at least an hour,(can be made a day ahead). Just before serving, add ice and sparkling water. Garnish with cranberries.
1 C. Tait Farm “blonde” shrub (We suggest: Spiced Vanilla Pear, Spiced Apple, Lemon, or Ginger.)
1 bottle white wine
fresh winter fruit: sliced pears, apples, oranges, cranberries
1 bottle (1 liter) chilled sparkling water
In a large pitcher, combine shrub, wine, and fruit. Let infuse for half an hour. Just before serving, add ice and sparkling water.
3/4 C Shrub, 1 liter sparkling water, fresh fruit and ice.
