Harrison's Ginger Margarita
An award-winning signature cocktail from our friends at Harrison’s Wine Grill. Even if you don't like a salted rim, don’t skip the ginger salt - it’s a key part of the flavor!
2 oz. Hornitos Reposado Tequila (or other gold tequila)
1 oz. Triple Sec
1½ oz. Tait Farm Ginger Shrub
1 oz. Rose's Sweetened Lime Juice
ginger salt (recipe below)
Rim martini glass with ginger salt and fill with ice. Combine remaining ingredients, stir or shake, then pour carefully into prepared glass without hitting the ginger salt. Garnish with a lime wedge and enjoy!
1-1/2 tsp. powdered ginger
6 Tbs. sea salt
Stir together and store in an air-tight container.
