Grilled Salmon with Ginger Mustard
Sweet with a light spice, our Ginger Mustard is an
uplifting addition to satisfying salmon.
salmon portions (with skin)
Tait Farm Ginger Mustard
olive oil (approx. 1 tsp. per portion)
lime wedges for serving (optional)
Oil the salmon portions on all sides. Place the salmon, skin side down, on a double-folded piece of heavy duty aluminum foil (big enough to allow for ‘dripping’). Spoon a generous amount of the Ginger Mustard on each portion. Place carefully on the heated grill and lower the grill cover. Roast the salmon without turning until it is just cooked through and gently flakes. Alternately, bake in a 375 degree oven until done.
Serve with lime wedges, which may be squeezed over each portion upon serving, if desired.
