Crostinis with Savory Condiments

INGREDIENTS:

Baguette or crusty bread, sliced

Olive oil for brushing

Cream Cheese, Mascarpone, Ricotta Cheese, fresh Mozzarella or Goat Cheese

Tait Farm Savory Condiments (Chutneys, Pepper Jellies, Fig & Olive Relish, Tomato Bruschetta)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spread the sliced bread on a large baking sheet. Brush with olive oil. Bake 10 - 15 minutes or until crisp. Cool. Spread a layer of cheese on the crostini and top with chosen condiment.

Fresh Mozzarella with Tomato Chutney or Tomato Bruschetta

Goat Cheese with Fig & Olive Relish

Mascarpone with Apple Chutney or Ginger Peach Chutney

Cream Cheese with Apple Pepper Jelly or Pineapple Jalapeno Jelly

Ricotta with Mango Chutney, Cranberry Chutney or Rhubarb Chutney
