Citrus Burrata Salad

Salad Ingredients:

5 oz. Spring Mix

4 oranges (get different colors if you can: Valencia, Cara Cara, Blood)

8 oz. Burrata cheese balls

Tait Farm Fig & Honey Conserve

Optional: garnish with fresh figs or dried cranberries

Vinaigrette Ingredients:

Whisk together until well blended

1/4 C. of Tait Farm Fig & Honey Conserve

2 Tbs. water

1 Tbs. lemon juice

1/2 tsp. salt

1 tsp. Dijon mustard

4 Tbs. mild flavored oil (sunflower - canola)

Peel the oranges (including the pith.) Slice into rounds.

Layer the greens and oranges on a salad platter.

Break apart the Burrata and distribute over the salad.

Dollop some of the leftover Fig & Honey Conserve over the salad or use fresh figs when in season.

Drizzle with the vinaigrette. Serves 6
