Chicken Wings

This satisfying appetizer is a crowd-pleaser for any game day gathering.

Ingredients:

 2 lbs. of chicken wings

1 Tbs. of your favorite rub (or 1 tsp. each of salt & paprika + 1/2 tsp. each of black pepper & garlic powder)

Sauce Ingredients:

1/4 C. of any Tait Farm Mustard

1 1/2 Tbs. honey

1 Tbs. of apple cider vinegar (or lime juice)

1/4 tsp. salt

Pat wings dry with paper towels. Put into a large bowl, sprinkle with the rub and toss. Grill the wings until cooked through; about 20 minutes.

Alternatively, spread the wings on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 375°F until cooked through about 30 minutes.

Brush the wings with sauce and return to the grill or oven for approximately 5 minutes. Serves 4 as an appetizer.

Tip: Wings can be made a day ahead and kept refrigerated, then just add a little sauce and pop them under the broiler to reheat before serving.
