Brie with Fruit & Nuts

INGREDIENTS:​

  • Brie, Camembert or “Blue” Brie rounds (at room temperature)

  • 1 jar of any Tait Farm Fruit Spread

  • Nuts: walnuts, pecans, shaved almonds, pistachios, pine nuts

  • Crusty bread or crackers

Choose your favorite brie and jam. Stir some chopped nuts into the jam, reserving some nuts to garnish the top. Generously spoon on top of the cheese. Sprinkle with the reserved nuts.

Some of our favorite combinations:

  • Sour Cherry Jam stirred with 2 Tbs. balsamic glaze and shaved almonds

  • Fig & Honey Conserve on Blue Brie (such as Saga) with walnuts and pistachios

  • Blackberry Jam with walnuts or pecans and a sprinkling of thyme

  • Cranberry Orange Conserve with pecans

  • Blueberry Preserves with pine nuts
