Brie and Chutney Canapés

These one-bite wonders fit a lot of flavor into a delicate phyllo cup. You’ll want to make extra – these go fast at any gathering!

INGREDIENTS:​

1 package frozen phyllo pastry tart shells (12-15 per package)
1 small wedge of brie
½ jar Tait Farm Spiced Pear Chutney (or other chutney of your choice)

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Place the tart shells on a small baking sheet. Cut the rind from the brie and cut the cheese into half-inch cubes Place 1 cube in each tart shell. Spoon about 1 tsp. of chutney over the cheese. Do not overfill. Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the edges of the shells start to turn golden brown. Serve warm. Makes 12-15 canapés.
