Our Herbal Infused Olive Oils capture the fresh taste of herbs because we use only fresh basil and fresh rosemary. We never use extracts, flavorings or dried herbs and the difference is really clear! These oils are made with organic extra virgin olive oil and are wonderful for dunking crusty bread, grilling, sauteeing, as well as on fresh greens with a good vinegar.
