A celebration of sumptuous summer fruit! Pairs well with warm evenings and good company.
1 ½ oz. Stolichnaya Peach Vodka
¾ oz. Tait Farm Raspberry Shrub
3 oz. sparkling water or seltzer
Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with wild black raspberries from the yard or a slice of ripe peach if in season.
