Internship & Workshare Opportunities

One of the things about farming is there is always work to do and learning to share. Every growing season we offer an intensive internship, as well as workshares.

The internship begins in the spring and runs through the growing season. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn about organic farming from the ground up. We typically interview for this position in the winter and make our decision by early spring.

The workshare program also goes through the growing season and is a trade of labor for produce. We ask that folks be willing to work at least 4 hours a week, on a consistent day. Workers can expect to do any number of tasks, ranging from planting and weeding, to harvesting.
