The Keystone

2 1/2 oz. Dad’s Hat Pennsylvania Rye Whiskey
1/2 oz. Tait Farm Orange Shrub
Half an orange round
Half a lemon round
2 dashes Angostura aromatic bitters
a maraschino cherry for garnish

Add orange, lemon, and Orange Shrub to a rocks glass and muddle. Add whiskey, stir well, and fill glass with ice. Finish with bitters and garnish with a maraschino cherry.
